Hi everyone. I decided I really needed to stamp tonight instead of doing dishes - ha! They'll get done tomorrow. I should have stamped earlier, but just couldn't get the mojo flowing. I have a class on Thursday, and I need to get my samples ready. So stamping really was a necessity. At least I finished one card.

I used a brand new stamp set from SU that's been sitting here for three weeks. It's called Watercolor Trio. I ordered the unmounted set, but mounted it on some extra wood blocks that I have, because that's my preference. I saved a bit of money that way.
I colored the images with markers, spritzed them with water and then stamped. I love how this technique softens the image.
I stamped the butterfly in summer sun, but it was too light, so I stamped over it with pumpkin pie - I think I missed a little, but I decided I kind of like the way it looks. I added the body with a black marker.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. Be blessed.

This is very pretty. The touch of black really makes the image POP
