Last night I checked the inspiration challenge on SCS and found this black and white purse that looked like it would make a great card. So this morning, I got out my supplies and went to work.
This was such an easy card. I took a piece of white cardstock and sewed a bunch of black wavy lines. Believe it or not, on my machine sewing those crooked lines is actually more difficult than sewing straight on that short distance. I pulled the ends of the threads to the back and just taped them down. I glued the white piece to a black card base, punched some black circles and glued them down, and then stamped the sentiment (fundamental phrases - SU) in versamark on black and embossed with white embossing powder. I trimmed the black a bit and glued it down and I was done. Does it get any easier than that?
