crunch time

Hi my friends.  Well, I must say that it's been awhile since I've posted.  I've been working on the Inspiration Showcase online class.  Today is the final day and I was way, way behind.  So I spent the day crunching out my samples & I finished.  Here's row one.

Here's row two.

Here's row three.

Here's row four.

And here's row five.

Since I don't have a canvas yet, these are just temporarily mounted on some card stock, so I could take pictures.  I had some trouble taking the photos, since there is embossing, glossy paper, and other shimmery stuff.  I am not entirely happy with all the samples, but I really wanted to get them done.

Thanks for stopping.

These are just beautiful Melody! I wish someone would come over and kick me in the butt so I could get finished. I am soooo far behind. Still on the first row of mine. My daughter bought a house down the block and we have been tearing out floors and panelling and scrubbing smoker's walls for a week and a half now. Birthday party today for my grandson and then hope we can get started painting the primer at least. We want to get it done! Then I can play in my studio again!

Love your samples Melody! I love that we could use what we had so we all have a similar canvas but they are unique like each of us. I used a canvas board as I had some left from a collage class and didn't want it to be wasted. Thanks for sharing!

I'm not in the class, but love seeing Jennifer's techniques.

Oh my word Melody - that is such a beautiful canvas! I was going to say I like your row 1 best, then I saw row 2, 3, 4 and 5... Don't ask me to choose! TFS
