class cards

Hi friends.  Today was my monthly technique class.  The first technique we used today was coloring with ink pads, using one of my favorite retired SU sets, natural beauty.

The next technique was a twisted easel card using snail fluffles from Stampendous.  The fancy labels framelits set was one I snagged when Sizzix had a 75% off special over the July 4th weekend.

The third card was a stair step dresser card.  This card is a lot of fun to make and can be so varied.  We used the dress up die from SU.  A fun little tip:  the hanger was made from the Tim Holtz mini bird cage die.  Just trim off the bottom & snip out the extra bars on the cage to make the dress hanger.

And I have to show you what my daughter and I made yesterday.  I made the crust & sauce & she decorated with the fruit.  We actually made two, because they are soooooo yummy!

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Your technique class must love all the cards they get to make!! Will have to remember the hanger tip!!

That fruit pizza looks soo good! Been years since I've made one. Might have to dig out the old recipe and give it a go!
