I've been wanting to make one of these quilt cards using the top note die that I've seen on several blogs, so I pulled out some really old designer paper from one of the big stacks and punched 1-3/8" squares. I glued them to a piece of white card stock and then put it through my cuttlebug with the top note die.Of course I had to add some quilting stitches. And to dress it up, I stamped the flower from my free SAB set Polka Dot Punches twice on the same dp and punched them out with the 5 petal flower punch. I added a brad to the center and popped it up.
The sentiment is from Close As a Memory, stamped on white and then I put just the ends into the curly label punch to get a similar shape as the top note. The edges are sponged with teal.
Thanks for stopping by.
